WV WorldWideWebSales (the "Company") provides access to its services ("Service") to individuals or businesses ("User", “Seller”, “Buyer” or "you") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Site Use"). Our service is comprised of, but not limited to, sales and advertising services which may be of need in the North Central West Virginia area (“Site and Services”). As a condition of using the Site and Services, the Company requires that you review and accept this Terms of Site Use.
BY ENTERING INTO ANY AGREEMENT TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE COMPANY OR PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE COMPANY, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TERMS OF SITE USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS TERMS OF SITE USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICES OR SITE.
MISSION STATEMENT

Realizing there may be some individuals and businesses in North Central West Virginia with a need to advertise via the internet, who may have a need for economical service instead of high priced service, the Company intends to fill this gap. It is the intent of the company to provide an economical way for individuals and businesses in this area to advertise on the internet to reach more customers.
SERVICES

SALES: The Company maintains an inventory of products for sale to businesses or the public. Products for sale by the Company may be used or new. The advertising page for the item will plainly state the known condition of the product or will state the condition of the product is unknown. It is your responsibility to ask questions about the functionality of a product prior to purchasing it. While returns will be entertained for reasons such as the item being not as advertised, returns will not be entertained because you changed your mind. Since the happiness of sales customers is paramount to the success of the business, if you are not happy with a purchase, please let the Company know this. If there is a valid reason for your displeasure with a product, a refund less restocking fee may be worked out.
Most new items come with manufacturer warrantees. The company cannot help you repair or replace a defective product which was sold new. You should explore warrantee support for the product as you would if it were bought at a brick and mortar store.
If there is an item you are particularly pleased with, let the company know this as well so we can attempt to secure more of it to provide to other customers.
The company is a business registered in the state of West Virginia. All applicable sales taxes will be charged as set forth by the West Virginia Department of Treasury.
Since the Company advertises products for sale by others, it is very important that a purchaser knows who they bought an item from. If you purchase an item from a seller other than the company, they are bound by their agreement to the company. The company's agreement with those we advertise for does not include any type of dispute resolution. Any agreement you enter into with a person or business advertising on the Company's site other than the Company is an agreement between you and the seller. While it will be the intent of the company to refuse service to unscrupulous sellers, any recourse between you and the seller will be yours to pursue, however, since the Company is not a party to the agreement made between you and that seller, the company will be held harmless in those pursuits. On a positive side the Company has no problem blacklisting advertisers from our sites and services. The company can only do that if complaints are waged against unscrupulous sellers.
Services:
Advertising: The company provides advertising for individuals and businesses in North Central West Virginia and elsewhere. The company will not be held liable for the false advertisement of its advertising customers. Agreements between advetisers and the Company will be made to ensure advertisers have the products or can provide the services they intend to sell. No advertisement will be placed on the company's sites without this agreement. Agreements will plainly state that the advertiser has read and understands this "Terms of Site Use". All advertisers on the company's sites are bound by this "Terms of Site Use". (See section of Terms of Site Use regarding "The Mall".)
Advertisers on the site will at a minimum provide their contact information to the company and to prospective sellers. Advertisers must use a minimum of a phone number or email address on their advertisement so they can be contacted by customers. Advertisers must provide the company a minimum of an address and a phone number. (Really, how are you going to sell your product or service if customers can't contact you?)
The company is not responsible for the validity of an advertiser's ad.
The company will not sell products or services for advertisers. If a complaint is waged from a customer about an inability to contact an advertiser, your advertisement will be pulled immediately if the Company cannot contact you at the contact information you provide. Any information provided beyond the advertisement must be secured from the advertiser.
Every attempt will be made not to use advertisers with malicious websites. A malicious website, in the opinion of this Company is as little as any website that uses pop-ups. They are the most aggravating thing outside of spam emails. Any link from this site to the site of an advertiser using pop-ups will negate any agreement between the company and the advertiser and any services already paid for will not be provided, however deposits or advance payments made will be forfeit.
There are limitations on what may be advertised or sold from the Company's sites. Above what the government limits you from advertising on the internet, anything found to be offensive by the company will not be advertised on the site. This is a decision of the company and is not negotiable. There will be no advertisements for drugs, firearms or pornography on the Company's sites. (There is a difference between art and pornography).
The company reserves the right to reject advertisers found offensive, discriminate, unreachable, unscrupulous, or those with malicious websites.
The company reserves the right to pull advertisements for advertisers found offensive, discriminate, unreachable, unscrupulous, or those with malicious websites. The pulling of an advertisement under these grounds negates any agreement between the Company and the advertiser and forfeits any deposits paid or any advance payment for services.
CONFIDENTIALITY: None of the contact or personal information of any of the Company's customers will be provided to outside sources. It is as simple as that and all internet businesses should be able to make you that promise.
Your contact information will not be provided to anyone. (PERIOD)!!
This is how spam arises. This is how you get calls at all hours from telemarketers....
Your contact information from someone you do business with is sold and resold and put on lists which are sold. As you can imagine, sooner or later every bloodsucking business you can imagine has your contact information. The company will not engage in this business practice. That is one promise the owner of this company will stand by.
The single exception to this policy is that the Company will cooperate with government agencies concerning any violation of this Terms of Site Use.
ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILTY:
The use of this site assumes you are responsible.
The use of this site assumes you are of legal age and mental capacity to enter into an agreement according to the laws of your locality.
The use of this site assumes you are engaging in a legal activity.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement between itself and users if there is a violation of this assumption.
The Company will not be held liable for violations of this assumption.
FEES: This is not an internet auction site. This is not a for sale on commission basis site. Any agreement entered into with the Company will require advance payment of fees or deposits prior to any use of the site. For sales from the Company's inventory, the transaction is complete when the product is paid for. All sales are made at the time an agreement for sale is made and there is no further relationship between the buyer of a product and the company.
All payments to the company will be made in United States Currency.
SELLERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES:
Advertisers acknowledge that there are unscrupulous Buyers. The Company can not guarantee that customers will pay advertisers on a timely basis.
BUYERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES:
Buyers agree that a purchase of a good or service from the company is a legally binding contract and that they are able to enter into a contract under the laws of their locality.
Buyers agree that upon agreement of a sale of products or services from the company, necessary payments as agreed upon will be made to the company within 72 hours.
After completion of a sale the Buyer agrees they will have 2 business days to inspect their product or service and report any misrpresentation to the company to initiate an investigation toward effecting a refund.
SHIPPING:
A few words on items requiring shipments. The company can only control shipping costs to a certain extent. Items requiring shipment will also require a handling fee. All packaging will be to whatever standard is necessary to ensure your product is not damaged in shipping. However, insurance is offered by most carriers and is recommended. No refund will be made due to damage in shipping.
You are welcome to arrange your own shipping. The company uses either USPS First Class or Priority or UPS and shipping prices will be added to your purchase price unless you come pick it up.
MISREPRESENTATION:
The company will report any act of fraud, attempt to defraud,or misrepresentation to the proper authorities. The company will fully cooperate with law enforcement and any other government agencies in the prosecution of attempts to defraud or misrepresent products or services.

As you travel these URLs you are bound by this Terms of Site Use. Clicking on some links from these pages may take you outside of the Realm. You may be bound by terms of service with other providers when you leave the Realm. When you leave the Realm it is understood that the providers you visit may not be governed by this Terms of Site Use.

If you link to another site from this one, if you find anything that may be a gross violation of this Terms of Site Use, please notify this company so the link can be removed from the site.
THE MALL: "The Mall" pages are especially noted in this section. Most of the links in "The Mall" are to companies outside the Realm that provide or have provided goods or services that may be of interest to the Company's customers. Warnings and recommendations are posted in "The Mall".
OTHER:
Acts of Nature or Man: The company cannot be held liable and users must understand that there are downtimes with computer systems, there are weather problems affecting systtem functionality. Although due diligence is made to defend against attacks from viruses, hackers, and other terrorism, any of the above may happen and are out of the conttrol of the company.
Recordkeeping and Taxes: The company keeps its own records and pays its own taxes. No recordkeeping is done for customers of the company and no taxes are paid on the customers behalf. Customers are notified that they may be liable for sales and service taxes or income taxes.
Business Relationships: The company has entered into business relationships with all users of the site and is bound only by this Terms of Site Use and the agreements made with each customer. No other relationship with customers exists implied or otherwise. Any change in this relationship will be surmised in a new sales agreement.

USER AGREES NOT TO HOLD COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF ANY OF USER'S DEALINGS WITH ANY OTHER USERS.
