Simple	1 Page ad, no background, 1 picture, you provide the picture. Maximum asking price for item sold is $500.00. The only multiple items available for placement in a simple ad is a yard sale or garage sale.	$3.00 for 30 days
Up to $2500	1 page ad, simple background, up to 6 pictures, you provide the pictures. Maximum asking price for item sold is $2500.00. Multiple items are not allowed in this ad.	$5.00 for 30 days.
Over $2500	Multiple page ad on WVWorldWideWeb Sales page template. You provide Pictures. No maximum asking price. Multiple items are encouraged. All Real Estate must be on a Real Estate Ad.	Setup: $5.00 per page one time fee. 3 Page minimum $10.00 for 30 days. 3 month minimum Monthly Maintenance Fee may apply.
Real Estate: Rental	Multiple page ad on WVWorldWideWeb Sales page template. You provide Pictures.	Setup: $5.00 per page one time fee. 3 Page minimum $10.00 for 30 days. 12 month minimum Monthly Maintenance Fee may apply.
Real Estate: Sales	Multiple page ad on WVWorldWideWeb Sales page template. You provide Pictures.	Setup: $5.00 per page one time fee. 3 Page minimum $100.00 for 6 months. Monthly Maintenance Fee may apply.
Services 1	Single Page ad on WV WorldWideWeb Sales page template. You provide Pictures.	Setup: $5.00 per page one time fee. $6.00 per month. 1 year minimum. Monthly Maintenance fee may apply.
Services 2	Conspicuously placed copy of your business card.	$15.00 per year. Certain placements may be higher.
Email	Need an email address just for use on WV WorldWideWeb Sales? I can set you up an email address for use here or one to use as your permanent one. You will be able to access all email addresses from any computer with web access.	From $5.00 per year. Possibly free after a set-up charge for larger customers.

A few words about pictures...

Pictures from cell phones generally aren't high enough quality to put on websites.
Sometimes pictures won't stretch to look quite right when they are uploaded, downloaded and emailed.
I can take your pictures for you. Keep in mind this is a mostly regional site for North Central West Virginia
If you can bring your items to me to be photographed I can do it for $1.00 a picture.
If you need me to come to you, we can probably work something out.
Remember the pictures may be what sells your product or service.

Monthly Maintenance fee...

Some websites will require updating. No problem.
Say, for example, you are advertising rental homes. Monthly, we will need to remove properties that have been rented and add new ones that have become available.
A monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 per page changed will be assesed for monthly updates.
The normal $5.00 setup fee is assessed for adding a page.

About pricing...

For the larger projects (and for most of my products for sale) prices are kind of flexible.
Prices can easily go up for customers with bad attitudes.
I try to keep everything about as dirt cheap as possible.
